Thermography lets us notice in a quick and non-invasive way many more faults than meets the eye.
We check the following elements:
- quality of building facades
- quality of attic insulation
- window joinery (tightness)
- glazing package, work of a heating system (underfloor and wall heating)
- correct work in the electric switchboard
- mechanical ventilation, gravity ventilation, recovery
We check the following aspects:
- heat insulation of walls, attic and floor
- leaks from water and sewage system
- leaks from the central heating installation
- humidity
- we locate a source of moisture hidden in plaster floors, attic, basement, building partitions and in the construction
Badanie termowizyjne jest jednym z kluczowych pomiarów na nieruchomościach z rynku wtórnego. Nie zawsze wyniki pomiarów idealnie odzwierciedlają skalę problemu - usterki. Stąd prawidłowo wykonana termowizja przy odpowiednich warunkach "wewnątrz/zewnątrz" oraz interpretacja wyników pozwala na trafną diagnozę.
